Last night, I logged out of one toon after a few hours of PVP and tried to login with another.... the game froze up (Task Manager says ESO is No Longer Responding)... and after some minutes, it times out and I'm back at the Login screen. This is now happening with ALL my toons. I've tried restarting my PC, but same result. Any clues on how to fix this rather game stopping issue?

Can't find the Edit Post button all of a sudden, so.... adding a new wrinkle here. Sometimes it just times out and returns me to the login screen, most times I have to use End Task in the Task Manager to get out of the frozen game.

there is definitely a known issue with the NodeDetection library (definitely included with harvest map, but may also be included in some mini map addons)

figure that would be a good place to check initially (as this one causes a game crash currently)

another way to try to figure out which one it is faster is the "binary search" option (enable half of your addons and see if anything works, if something fails you know the bad addon is in this half, repeat cutting the stack in half until you narrow down to the one that is failing)
