With this update, whenever i cast blue betty and in combat, 3 seconds later it completely drops off making it very hard to substain in combat. Works outside combat, it's only in combat where it completely drops off 3 seconds after casting it.
Can't say that my Wardens are having this problem (PC-NA and PC-EU) - which platform and server do you play on? ZOS will need this information to investigate.

I tested this with Combat Metrics and I’m definitely getting the appropriate regen through the skill’s duration (192 magicka ticking 26 times—once per second while the skill is active and one tick as the skill expires).
However, I can reproduce an issue using the Ability Bar Timers where gaining Major Sorcery and Brutality through a skill immediately removes the timer for the other skill, even if it’s still active. Maybe that’s what you’re seeing?
You can reproduce it by alternating Blue Betty and Degeneration on an enemy. Casting one skill removes the timer for the other, even though it’s still active.
