Moonhunter Keep HM

I searched if any other forum posts about this existed that I can add to but didn't see any. The Moonhunter keep HM fight is bugged. Randomly the symbol aspect of the fight, only 3 safe zones show up, meaning one player will have to die. That makes the trifecta tough to do. All you can do is reset and go again and pray the bug doesn't happen.
Players tell me this bug has been there since the dungeon was released. I'd expect more from the company on bugs like these.

✭✭✭✭It’s not a bug, it’s a mechanic. One of the 4 is “hidden”. I believe you can see the glowing circle but not the symbol above it? It’s either that or vice versa. You're right. The bug is that the hidden circle is not visible.
EDIT: To clarify, I ran this with a healer who has the trifecta in there and she said it randomly doesn't show and your trifecta attempt is a bust.
EDIT 2: After more chats, here's what we see. Sometimes 4 symbols show up. Sometimes 3 symbols show up and a hidden area to stand in, and sometimes that hidden area can't be located in time or simply doesn't show.
