These took all of 5 minutes to complete today. You can get a master writ for like 2-5k gold if you don't already have one. Plenty of dwarven locations. You can get 4 quick drinks down by crafting 1 extra for the daily writs.

Trials are never going to happen for me. I did look at the PvP map (though I can't figure out how/when I got in the locked zone with a non-AD character, since that is what I try to only run there. No chance to reach there on either NA or EU when I tried.

Curious to know how many people will have done 3 of these in the natural course of their day.
I'm pretty engaged in all aspects of the game, and understand the endeavours often require going out of your way slightly, but today's is a particularly rough spread.
I can't be the only one not interested in travelling to cheydinhaal in cyrodiil for 15 creds. I don't have a raid scheduled today, and I'm not going to chase down a pug group and all the nuisance that entails. I also wouldn't drink 4 drinks in a day, so I guess I'll just chug them down for no other reason than to get endeavour credits. Don't have any master crafting writs so do I roll the dice on a bunch of crafting dailies or buy a writ?
The dwarven automaton is about the only straightforward one.

I think you are mistaken about the date, those are yesterdays (Nov 5) endeavours.
Her are todays Nov 6 endeavours from BenevolentBowD https://benevolentbowd.ca/games/esotu/eso-endeavors/
Today’s Endeavors 10 Seals (3 Max)
- Kill 15 Foes with Weapon Abilities (tips)
- Kill 15 Humanoid Daedra (tips)
- Harvest 10 Resources from the World (tips)
- Deal 75000 Damage with Siege Weapons (tips)
- Complete 1 Survey Report (tips)
Most endeavours are trivial to complete IMHO.

They were yesterday's, it was the 6th of November elsewhere in the world.

You either care about endeavors enough to specifically do what they ask for, or you don't, in that case don't complain that there's something you don't usually do.
i often loot food/drink on the ground then immediately consume it, so drink one's easy. I specifically look at endeavor section for suggestions of things to do , so seeing dwarven automata i'd immediately head somewhere with that item type; of the remaining I likely wouldn't complete it in a regular day of play however getting a writ is cheap so I may do that.

If you don't have a lot of researches traits ya just gotta find one you can do with only a few traits like adept rider which is like 2. Guild traders have em for 500 gold.
I just took 4 drinks from the party at the end of the Firesong DLC and drank them down one after the other. Done and Done.
I got the Dwarven Automata one done by going to the Reach and just getting all five in the first room of Deep Folk Crossing.
A little bit, "out of my way," but simple and easy, so not really a problem.
Those were the only two that I did though, because the rest weren't anything that I would or could do.
Sometimes that's just how it is unfortunately.

The point was they are not part of the daily routine, not that they were hard. I only use a drink when leveling a stamina character. Never otherwise.
