Grumpycrawler✭✭✭Sadlly the add on states location unknown so it didn't got register when I got it.
The only info I can share is:
Besides that I recall that that day I killed maomer on Galen, did some treasure chest in Galen. Did some crafting dailies in high isle. Some ToT card games (they daily against npc (sadly don't recall which location but atleast also did them that day in Galen and glenumbria).

Also 100% sure I did not find it in Stros m'kai.
I also did not farm for the lead (iffelse I would have had a better memory of were it was, got it so fast I thought it wasn't a rare lead at all so didn't pay attention to it)0 -

I am afraid this is not how the addon works. It doesnt detect where a lead was found. Only the id of the last lead you found.
And players can then enter the lead drop mechanism by hand and submit it....

Its also quite rare as I do crafting writs on 18 toons a day and haven't seen it yet.2 -

and from what ive heard the drop chances on it from lower level writs is absurdly lowplays PC/NA

Storm-Weathered Drafting Top drops from Group Boss in Ghost Haven Public Dungeon in High Isle.
