And Now, Perhaps, Peace - Bugged

After the quest has been turned in and the alliance leaders had their short little dispute about what alliance the player character would be the champion of, the entire scene froze.
And suddenly Lady Arabelle Davaux stated that the peace talks finally began, while all 3 alliance leaders were still staying right in front of me.

Didn't seem right, so I relogged.

Alliance leaders vanished, including Lady Arabelle Davaux. No follow up dialogue. A few remaining NPCs weren't interactable, such as Dhulef, Druid Laurel and Commander Maguerite.
Razum-dar offered the same dialogue after escaping the cave during the quest "Eye for an eye".
Talking to druid Niraya catapults me straight into druid Laurels face during the dialogue. Her face fills out half of the screen, no matter from what angle I interact with druid Niraya.
Captain Siravaen offers the same dialogue she presents outside when arriving on "All Flags Islet". Not sure if that's intended or not.

i also noticed the same thing with raz, the only thing that was different was his response when asking what the queens eyes were up to

(in the cave he says he would have to kill you, but in the epilogue he actually gives you some info)

the only other part close to this was the end of the previous quest where you get out of the volcano and back on the boat and it says you can talk to your allies again, but none of them were interactible
