This house is in the same state as we, who was there during Lost Treasures of Skyrim event in 2020, get it as reward.

I turned mine into The Chinese Garden Of A Thousand Lanterns.
It really comes into its own in the night. The house is empty because the slots are all used outside.
Take a look at it if you get he chance. Its ESO fun delight. :-)
