Judging by the codex entries for this and other leads I would say anything druid, green or yffre related could drop the clue. The most obvious place I could think of is earthen root enclave, but it’s probably already checked. I really want to say it’s in high isle or galen but if it were there someone would have found it by now. I checked strongboxes in grahtwood, greenshade, malabar tor, glenumbra and high isle but got nothing, also nothing from spriggan wb in bangkorai, maybe some other bosses in older zones, unpopulated ones would be most likely candidates for something left for the last.

@ZOS_Kevin Not asking for the lead location, but can we get a confirmation the True Way Clay Discs lead is working in game? I know we've had a couple leads in the past for mythics that were not dropping until they were fixed.

Im thinking the druid they are talking about is yffre and the lore even mentiones earth bones which is another lead of the mythic, aka ehlnofey

Also found something else interesting in the lore:

To the Druids, they refer to the same entity as Y'ffre, the Green-King,and the Slumbering Father of Nirn.[25] Bretondom originated from Nedes and Aldmer interbreeding.[26] Their Nedic[27] ancestors were known as the Druids of Galen,[28] who adhered to the True Way in which one is to lead a life connecting with and valuing the natural world.[29] Naturally, Y'ffre took the forefront of their faith. These Nedes survived in ancient High Rock by tapping into, nurturing, and terraforming nature.[25] When the Druids of Galen experienced the "three mornings of sail" sometime after settling on the Systres, three sects developed, each with their own interpretation of Y'ffre's will; the Stonelore, Eldertide, and Firesong Circles.[30][31]"

What is the Stonelore, Eldertide and Firesong are the three circles that are talked about?

And one of them only follows still the true waY?

Frog Metal Buckle might have something to do with the frog metal trait material that you can get from killing dreadsail reef trash (at least I think that's where you get it). It's for crafting in the syrabane crafting style

I don't think those trash mobs actually drop the lead; it probably would have been discovered already otherwise. Maybe it drops from some kind of dreadsail affiliated enemy though, I'm not exactly sure but I think there might be some kind of connection there.

Ok so i think the only circle still following the true way is the firesong faction cause

the codexes you linked said that the right faction's druids are wearing yffre's symbol and yffres symbol is a tree/branch

while both the eldertide and stonelore and wielding a the same symbol on their neck's and its a random square idk

Firesong also contains the word song- which is how yffre originally gave birth to all living things- by singing

The Firesong faction is based on the island of Yffelon- so possible the last dials lead could be there?

During main quest of galen it was mentioned that significant part of firesong druids abandoned the old ways to follow “allwither” (corrupted evil spirit) hence you end up fighting with them. + you can only visit their island during quest as far as I can tell, unlikely location for a lead.

Also, with so many players focused on clearing new zone everything there should be cleared and discovered by now, if something still remains undiscovered it most likely because it’s hidden in some unpopulated location or niche activity only few engage in. Something like strongboxes, world bosses, fishing, dungeon bosses or maybe even dungeon chests (selenes web, tempest island, earthen root enclave or bloodroot forge would be my guess). Connection to nedes also could vaguely direct to craglorn group instances maybe.

Honestly the only thing that makes sense to me is that the True way clay dials is actually a necklace worn by firesong druids and the only firesong boss i can think of is the final boss of earthroot enclave

My two cents is that Ravens Green Necklace is the answer to finding this lead. Technically, there are four "branches" of the druids. The three circles and Wyrd covens, who broke off early to follow Y'ffre's way. Y'ffre also taught Bosmer Spinners, so they also follow his path. There a lot of roads to go down finding this lead...it will take time to sort them all out.

nobody found "Frog Metal Buckle" yet?

some lore points to stros m'kai and sea elves, but i fear it may come from an obscure daily reward coffer that nobody does
