Will we ever be able to change the main menu picture?

I was hoping to set my main menu screen/theme back to the original log in screen with the ESO logo. I heard it was a dynamic logo and would change to whatever faction you joined? is that true? if not that would've been cool! They already let us change the music that would be the ½ to make it complete!

✭✭✭✭✭I don't remember it changing to whatever faction you joined, but the main menu screen did change to all the different zones I believe.
As for the character select screen that was based on your character's faction and there were 3 scenes. Alik'r Desert for the Covenant, Eastmarch for the Pact, and Auridon for the Dominion.PC NA - Ceyanna Ashton - Breton Vampire MagDK1 -

✭✭✭The Alliance-specific backgrounds were replaced with the Chapter ones since Greymoor's release. I've seen the request to change backgrounds pop up in the forums a few times before.PC-EU @maitsukas
