There have been many times in the past where ZOS released an update on PC that immediately caused massive issues and, rather than do the right thing and hold back the console release until it includes the hot fix PC will already have, they muscle it through because it's more important, I guess, to hit the date than not break the game.

Please do the right thing and don't bork Xbox with a broken dlc that somehow only includes PvE content but completely ruins cyrodiil.

    most of these fixes have had no download for the client so i can't see them being issues on consoles at all. it's all server side.

    If it requires any download for the console it requires upwards of 2 weeks to certify.

    Aside from the DCs, I'm also not sure how a PvE only update breaks siege in cyrodiil but this is ESO.

    Release won't be held back.
    At this point, the patch has already been sent for certification.

    The update should already be submitted. It may be a question of getting the fix approved on an emergency timeline.

    But yea, hope you do not get these issues.

    Also, the major crashes were related to libraries for addons, so that shouldn't affect console.
    The DK standard fix did not require a download so it shouldn't affect console.
    IDK about the Cyrodiil siege bug, but I don't think it did either, so pretty sure console should be good there too.

    There are a couple outstanding issue that ZOS is aware of (warden uberhealing bug, rare crashes with major/minor buff application) but hopefully those can be fixed server-side as well. I think the console release will actually be basically fine.

    I've made this topic myself after past release fiascos but in this case I don't think we've got much to worry about.

    As mentioned above, most of the stuff us PC folk are dealing with will have little impact for console.

    The addon crashes are the client.

    Though those would not impact consoles since they don't have addons!

    Don't worry.

    By the time they download Console, All of these bugs will be fixed....

    I'd be astonished if they didn't make sure the problems on PC won't affect console before they release it.

    But, then again...

    There seems to be a theme amongst studios these days/years of not checking their homework before setting it free.
