FORCED Accessibility chat window on PC *Gamepad UI

Gamepad UI, forced to have duplicate chat windows now when having Accessibility turned off, the chat functionality defaults to CONSOLE chat window, which is very inconvenient. Since today's downtime.

    Hey @Bat, could you double check if you are using the "Use Keyboard Chat" setting, found in Gameplay > Gamepad Mode?

    Hello again, it was indeed turned off so the problem was resolved by turning it on, was a bit weird though since I haven't ever noticed that button exists even and there weren't any issues until today seemingly at random :)
