What happen to my Jellyfish bloom?

✭Same issue. I have 6 Jellyfish Blooms (bought by crowns) and they are vanished. I can
just see a small blue sparkle as in the picture above.

✭PS5 NA, I have ten jellyfish placed throughout my Seaveil Spire and all are currently invisible. Especially frustrating since I paid money/crowns for these. 😑1 -
goddess2015✭✭✭I have about 10 jellyfish in all, some in Seaveil Spire and some in my Grand Psijic Villa and none of them show up. I kept trying to figure out where they'd gone to. They were so pretty and costly in the crown store. So now, they took lots of crowns and are taking up item slots and can't be seen. I'm so sad. How has this not been fixed? This issue has been going on since August.
Just like the Tree, Argent Blue that I have reported multiple times since December, 2021 in game and on the forums at:

These are items paid for with Crowns/Real Money. If a person purchases an item online or from a store with real money and it stops working properly people expect a working replacement or refund....all we're asking for is for the bugs to be fixed.Edited by Lady_Rosabella on October 3, 2022 11:43PM6 -

✭The croc skeleton furniture was invisible for quite some time back then, before some later patch made its skin reappear. While I was miffed about my invis croc, I still did not expect them to fix that anytime soon as it was not a game breaking bug.
So while I feel your pain, I would not get my hopes high for a quick fix. Might take a while.PC EU.

This is how I see my Jellyfish Bloom Heliotrope, and I've seen them like this for months. I've opened a ticket thou. They say that this bug will be fixed in the future.
