I had an issue with entering a prepaid game card code. Customer service politely and professionally responded by email in about 6 hours (better than average turnaround time compared to what I have seen from other games).
Turns out the problem is on the 3rd party retailers end (GameStop) for not properly activating my card. I will be making a trip out there later today to have them fix the issue.
Not saying that it does not happen, but after my positive experience, I am less inclined to believe some of the "horror" stories that I am reading from other users.
