I have ESO installed on a desktop and a laptop. At one time was able to play on both servers, not the case now. After being out of town for 3 weeks on my laptop was able to play on both servers.
Retuned home, only NA server. Come to find out I can play on both servers only if I set my phone as a hot spot, then I can play on both servers. Once I reconnect to the router, only NA server.
Anybody out there ever have a similar experience? Have sent in a couple of tickets, but nothing has changed.
