NPCs sound a bit robotic

They don't have full on robot voices, you can tell each is a different person/voiceover at least, but it's very choppy and robotic sounding. Wondering if this is a bug with the patch or a me (PC) problem? lol Anyone else having this problem?

✭No, not heard that.
However, but I did notice that Molag Bal voiceover didn't start before/after the final boss at Dolmen.
The text is displayed, but no voice is heard.0 -
