I run the game on Ultra and have 80-90 FPS outside of town where it drops to 40 or so.

I also get around 80-90 in Cyrodiil when theres a few players and no fights.

But as soon as there are bigger fights my FPS drops to 25-30 and the game stutters. It also starts getting huge delays and players starts teleporting.

Nothing happens then all of a sudden theres fights going on all around me, then people die, nothing happens again, noone is around me, and the next second i have 10 people around me and im dead.

Theres also like theres some memory leak, people are stuttering around on the map, same thing happens when i do dungeons.

In dungeons it helps to relogg, but it comes back after a while.
