Game crashes after 1-30s

After today's update when I launch the game it closes almost immediately - black screen for 1-2s and gone.
After fresh reboot I've managed to get it to stay about 30s - it died on login screen.
I had the same problem with PTS client, while normal one worked fine.
I've tried repairing from launcher, updating graphics drivers, deleting UserSettings - nothing helps.
Anybody else had that problem and maybe know a solution?

yachoor✭✭I know - but the client should be able to start so I can wait on login screen until it's up.
