OK. I must be completely blind. I am looking for Shalidor to start the level 15 Mages Guild quest and cannot find him anywhere in Glenumbra. I have ran through Daggerfall as well as down every road in Glenumbra can't find him anywhere. Either this guy has come up with the greatest invisibility spell of all time, or he is not in Glenumbra. Please help!
