Where are the players?!

Craglon chat is only nTrials. What's happen to vTrials? Where are vet players? Oh wait.... That's why we have selling "services" (vTrials,vDungeons) lol! Make sence.

You're not supposed to name players here. Suggest you take those down and cover the names before reposting them.

Image is a showing player names, so technically yes, breaking rule here.

Its one PrintScreen of ZoS game in ZoS forum with no bullying, no Shamming or anyother reason you may call to avoid the problem in here.

    Too late, I've seen it.

They've been named, time to shame!

I frequently attend pug vet trials and I don't go to many unless I'm invited to one or unless I start one. If I respond to a vet trial advert and they're not using voice I peace out (with rare exceptions of them being a coordinated group who utilizes text chat mid-combat). Vet trials outside of HRC and AA are sketchy

The idea, in my mind, is to play with people on normal, or to play with good peeps in vet dungeons, then form a crew who can do vet with. The last resort should be to spam craglorn for vet trial invites, and maybe more trial leaders are seeing this.

He's using anecdotal evidence, there's nothing in this post that shows a trend. My testimonial alone that there are still pug groups doing vet trials is as much proof of there being pug vet trials as his proof of there not being vet trials in the 5(?) minutes of zone chat of a particular instance he is showing. Also, there's also only an advert for vDSA which is a group arena.

Here's just some of the discord icons of groups who run vet trial content with pugs, or who reach out to pug players when they need a fill (even an hour ahead of time).

    hs5j7eukqgea.png

The daily/weekend trial leaders are better organized and want reliable people, anyone you invite from Craglorn is a gamble, even if they completed the vet trial in the past there is the possibility they were carried and u35 happened. Content has gotten much more grueling and people need to be in voice and prove that they can do mechanics.

I've been playing since 2016 and craglorn has pretty much always been like this, a majority normal trials and sometimes 1 or 2 vets, nothing looks new here just looks like business as usual.

Those are people looking for vCR, one person wants a +3 the other would be happy with anything. The topic is mostly directed at trial leaders I think, and vet trial leaders don't like to keep failing at trials, so they become selective in who they recruit because they don't want to feel like the bad guy when they have to kick someone who "won't get in voice" because "discord won't work/microphone busted/any other made up reason." Vet Trial groups fill up fast due to the limited/no commitment opportunity in running them. Pug vet prog groups do exist, and are likely the only vet adverts people can hope to get into outside of a fill spot.

It's also Witches Festival. There's a poll around on the forums here that asks if people are doing normal or vet to get their skulls and the vast majority voted normal.

Way too many strings attached with Trials, I don't even run them.

Too much drama, people being toxic instead of leading, which there is a difference however many Trial groups are random so.

Just not fun, usually no better when run with a Guild either because one mistake and you've probably made some enemies. If anything there's something to be said for solo or 4-man trials, dungeon runs. Those generally go alot better and easier for ppl to help bail you out or perhaps even carry you, which happens.

I'd rather carry and still be done in 30 than sit and argue with people being overly critical of me in discord and also listen to adults act like kids for an hour and a half, if the group lasts that long lol.

This, during this even its nice to farm normal trials as demora motif from trials is worth gold unlike the other parts.
The arena once is also worth gold but you have maelstrom arena.
As an bonus you get an extra golden box.

So more people run normal trials.
Vet trials are also significantly harder, the dlc ones I think pretty much require voice.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I’ve never had much issue with any guild, luckily. It is true though that craglorn pugs can be… A Time. I’ve had nice pugs that lead as a small group well and are very encouraging and I’ve had pugs insult each other. I have pugged a vet dlc trial one time and I will never again because it took forever and the trial lead didn’t even seem to know the trial and didn’t listen to directions… so yeah, vet dlc pugs even outside of the event aren’t all that common, moreso outside the event though. Craglorn is not always a kind learning environment, (especially for vet) training groups in guilds are a lot better and people shouldn’t be roster skipped for a training group.
I will note admittedly, pugging to learn (on normal) does take some pressure off and I do it myself rarely. I let people know immediately though, which I think is important as people who hate that will leave or find someone else.

There's an influx of players who want to fast clear a trial in order to get the golden plunder skull that drops from trial, therefore more people wanting to do normal trials/normal arenas/etc, why is it so surprising?

Last week and this week it's because of th event. You get a yellow skull for trial boss. People are going to make that easy to get by doing normals. I think last week or this week one of the Weekly endeavors was X number of Trials (maybe just 1) so again easier to complete as a normal

A lot of our players stop play after U35 and leave the game. Others do not see a reason to go somewhere anymore.

Builds get nerfs, a lot of no reasonable updates - no interest to go some where.

The same time PVP is unplayable and to big delays in skills.

So a lot of players who did vet content runs are not motivated to go or do anything.
