Crypt of Hearts I not counting toward weekly endeavor

I've done normal Crypt of Hearts I on two servers today-- PC NA and PC EU-- but it didn't count toward this week's "Complete 6 Dungeons" endeavor either time.

- Before today: 3/6 dungeons completed
- Completed Darkshade Caverns I today: 4/6 dungeons completed
- Completed Crypt of Hearts I today: 4/6 dungeons completed

On PC NA, I completed Darkshade Caverns I a second time, to see if I would get credit for it, and afterward I had 5/6 dungeons completed.

On PC EU, I made sure to check my number of weekly endeavors before completing either dungeon, after completing Darkshade Caverns I, and after completing Crypt of Hearts I, and confirmed that I received credit for Darkshade Caverns I but not for Crypt of Hearts I. I suppose I'll complete Darkshade Caverns I a second time, as I'd done earlier today on PC NA.

Same problem happened to me. I was at 5/6 and then completed the Crypt of Heats 1, and I'm still at 5/6.

Not sure, but may be related, the Crypt of Heats 1 has the two Twins as the final boss. Maybe that is messing the the dungeon counter mechanism???

Pretty sure it counted for me PS4 NA. Perhaps it has something to do with U35?

Maybe it only counts if you kill all the bosses and in Crypt of Hearts you tend to skip that one boss at the side. It's a dungeon quest boss too, isn't it? Then again it's not part of the pledge...

Same here-- I killed all of the bosses, even the ones that aren't required for the pledge. I take it "that one boss at the side" is the lich boss? I always kill him, too.

When I completed the dungeon on my PC NA main, I was using Bastion, my Clannfear, and my Twilight Matriarch, so I thought perhaps one of them got the killing blow on one of the twins and it interfered with the endeavor.

However, my PC EU main hasn't acquired any of the companions yet, and doesn't have any combat pets, so he killed all of the bosses himself.

Same, PC NA, for 3/6 I've also done Volenfell twice and Darkshade I once, and I'm doing Crypt for the stickerbook so I'm killing all enemies including bosses, as well as hunting for the chests.

Noticed that it didn't seem to count a few days ago and thought it may have been because I'd ported directly to Crypt from Darkshade, but just now I've run through it twice and neither run counted. No pets or companions but I do use 5-piece Mad Tinkerer and I know the fabricant will sometimes prevent a kill from counting in other endeavors (like for "Kill 20 enemies with class abilities"), although I don't recall it ever affecting credit for a dungeon before. In case it's relevant, I also ported in from a wayshrine instead of a queue or the world entrance.

I don't use Mad Tinkerer, so that's unrelated to this.

And I always walk up to a dungeon's entrance and use the doorway to access the dungeon, so it isn't because you ported in.

There's just some sort of bug. I'm guessing it's something within the coding of the endeavor, since the Undaunted quest is correctly recognizing that the job assigned by the Undaunted questgiver has been completed. But I have no idea of how the endeavors are coded to recognize that a given type of activity has been completed.

My reasoning for originally posting the thread in the General Discussions forum was to better alert the players so someone doesn't waste time trying to run it multiple times for the endeavor. I considered posting two threads-- one in Bug Reports and another in General Discussions-- but decided that one would be sufficient. It's probably unlikely that anyone would run this dungeon multiple times for the endeavor unless they were also grinding for its gear sets and wanted to kill two birds with one stone, since there are easier dungeons in the game which can be completed more quickly. So the Bug Reports forum is the more relevant place for it.
