In dire need of build suggestions

Greetings all,
I used to play ESO around 2013-2015 and I know my builds are severly out-of-date. I have two characters, a sorc and a nightblade, both PvE DPS. The sorc is sword and shield/bow (http://www.eso-skillfactory.com/en/share/52862/), the nightblade two-handed/destro staff (http://www.eso-skillfactory.com/en/share/52863/).
Does anyone have any suggestions how I can update both builds? I know that sword and shield has an upgraded bash now.

✭✭To be blunt, I haven't seen anyone run any PVE DD build like those in the last few years.
Check out sites like alcast, dottz gaming, hacktheminotaur, and skinnycheeks. They all have pretty good build ideas for PVE.0
