Same here ... I'm pretty sure I know where it's supposed to be, but I've been searching to the point of exhaustion.The final note at the camp clearly (to me) indicates that it's in an oblivion portal. But I've been soloing them all day, searching every nook and cranny, killed every daedra and critter, and I haven't seen it.
Not sure if bugged or just typical ZOS horrible RNG.

✭✭✭✭✭UPDATE: I found it, and am in the process of making the video guide. As a hint, I'll say that it was actually easy to find...IF THE RNG TAKES YOU TO THE CORRECT ISLAND. >:(

✭✭✭✭✭Also, video's taking a little longer than expected, so for those searching for the final piece:it's in the deadlands, but you have to make sure you a) portal in at the top left island, and then b) portal to the NNW second island, both of which rely purely on RNG.ALL HAIL SNUGGLORR THE MAGNIFICENT, KING OF THE RNG AND NIRN'S ONE TRUE GOD! Djennku✭✭✭✭✭@StabbityDoom Have you done the whole quest through? You start it by reading a note by a campsite west of Blueblood wayshrine. The end of the quest takes you into the deadlands. The place where you finish the quest and get the bog dog is in the spot on the map you posted called L5, and not in any of the islands before you enter Havocrel's Tower.
