    Favorite Foods and Potions
    https://media.giphy.com/media/3otPoTggaYFNd1FdAI/giphy.gif
    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

Cause you are manipulating the local dead and spiritual forces of the locals and their dead. Basically when you are summing a skeleton or spirit in town you are grabbing one the local dead to come party with you and when you are changing into that massive form you are disbursing the peace same for werewolves. Not to mention you are pulling on locall bodies and essence to enehnce yourself

I always wonder how people play when they complain how they get bounties all the time as a necromancer. I've 3 and I think the only times I've gotten a bounty for casting necromantic spells is when I've accidentally used my ultimate right in the middle of Vivec City when doing writs. No biggie to me, just a quick visit to the Outlaw Refuge, or using one of my many edicts.

It would be terribly immersion breaking if it was removed. It's enough people run around on zombie or vampire mounts and no one bats an eye.

edit: in addition, this is an MMO with all sorts of cosmetic craziness & other junk. Even if I did believe in "immersion," I sincerely doubt there's any of that here. Between people riding on piles of lava rock, dudes running around with pink & light green armor, and all the strange behavior & names of players.... right. Sure.

If you're looking to be immersed in a game world, try another game that isn't a an MMO RPG.

Otherwise, the bearded dress-wearing Orc necromancers riding flaming camels (nothing wrong with that) or the people slinging insults and propaganda in zone chat will be breaking your "immersion" a lot.

Necromancers being illegal IS immersive, that’s why they’re illegal. I would call the guards if someone summoned undead in front of me too.

i can agree with that. But then, since other classes have none criminal skills.... that break immersion in other classes. Once again... immersion in this game = 0

Went to the werewolf shrine outside Riften, turned furry, gave someone a bite, explained how to make leveling ww a little easier, and, still a transformed werewolf, headed back to Riften. The timer on changing back doesn't run when you're close to the shrine.

Completely forgot about the guards at the tower outside the one town gate.

My character did not kill anyone. Didn't even growl in the guards general direction and she had three of them after her furry hide, simply because she was a werewolf and they saw her.

The guards didn't have to see her transform. Just being a werewolf is criminal when npcs and npc guards can see you. So you're wrong that no other classes have criminal skills. Vampires have some "criminal" skills too.

Yep. I know. I forgot about the guards and that being a ww was now criminal.

Being a ww in town and no one minding was a little strange, but on the other hand, [usually] my ww had just killed bandits/rescued npcs from cultists, so maybe a little leeway for good deeds used to apply? Not to mention if anyone ever saw a werewolf pick flowers, harvest fiber, mine ore, or lockpick a chest, they'd be too busy laughing to arrest them. Hircine must have the best dental plan ever.

Because one is a horrible crime, the other is not.

The majority of necromancers and necromancy people know of messes with people's souls and bodies. Almost all cultures see it as vile and a crime.

Summoning daedra uses beings from a different dimension. They are not people of Nirn, and in most cultures of Tamriel so is it a perfectly legal and common practice for mages. Exceptions being Summerset, where it is illegal.

Doh! My main has had werewolf capability (mainly for the passive stam regen) for 8 years now and I've often wished I could switch my werewolf form off... in all that time I never knew it was so simple! :s

But to address the OP, of course necro skills should incur penalties - using them is just not done in polite society :)

And if I had my way, in towns I'd ban dangerous pets, stupid bears, daedric creatures, and filthy mounts (imagine the droppings!). Particularly indoors and at crafting stations.

I'd pay good money for a banker that said "Yeah, I'm not serving you until you get that stupid bear out of here... and you over there, put away that flapping matriarch!"

Yes. Change your skills to play the game. Every class has to go through this.

As discussed above, warewolves can’t be warewolves in town.
I personally make sure I have to put special healing spells on my vampires because normal passive healing is nerfed. (Along with other skills I need to put on my bar to speak with merchants, etc.)
BTW want real pain? Play a vampire necro. I leveled two of them, yet no forum post complaining about it. I found it refreshing actually (and a bit ironically).

Sorcs to have a permanent pet need to give up a spell slot. Etc.

Wardens basically give up an ultimate to have a bear.

To do “kill x amount with class skills” endeavors I have to switch up my skills, because the only class skills I regularly use are healing ones.

All players are limited in spell slots. I can’t put everything I want on my bars, I have to put some things I “need” instead. It’s a core mechanic of the game.

Yes. Change your skills to play the game. Every class has to go through this.

    Makes no sence!

I'm not in the middle of the city making random skills.
I'm making skills, cuz "they ask my help" (quest)
If they ask my help, why they atack me when i'm helping them?
If i'm necro and if they ask my help... Then i will use necro skills! If they dont like necros, why they ask for my help (quest) and no. Some quests, i cant avoid if i wanna keep foward

I understand all that blablabla about cast skills in city, just to show other players how fast people are in rotation and etc...
But, we are in quest! Quest they give us after they ask our help.

And dont say its all ok, or change skills.... at the end, we all LOVE ESO but somethings dont make any sence. And ask for your help, when they dont like you cuz your necro, and atack you, cuz you are helping them MAKE NO SENCE!!!

    [edit]:
If you're Vampire. What happen to your char if you go for exp: Alik'r Desert at day time with sun? Nothing. So... Why make more sence take bountie\attack for use Necro skills..... but if you're vampire in the sun... all ok! There's MANY thing wrong with the game. I know! But making ONLY criminal skills in necro cant be any FIX for all the other things Wrong! Cant be!

Criminal Skills MAKES NO SENCE ((((((( WHEN YOU'RE USING THEM TO MAKE QUEST. QUETS THEY GIVE YOU)))))))

Read the book Noxiphilic Sanguivoria it explains why a vampire in ESO can go out in the sunlight. The bloodline predominantly in Tamriel during the time of ESO has no problems in the sunlight.

Also quest givers do not report crimes, you probably cast a criminal ability next to an innocent NPC that was not associated with a quest.

NPCs associated with quests and hand out quests are not tied to the justice system.

I can understand the frustration though it still makes sense to be illegal and I still don't know of any examples of when you fight in front of npcs that'd give you a bounty. When you go to make a necromancer, it does tell you that some skills are criminal. They've always been criminal.

Five necromancer skills are criminal: Frozen Colossus, Blastbones, Skeletal Mage, Spirit Mender, and Bone Goliath. Additionally, Bone Armor makes a corpse which can also generate a bounty. The rest do not: syphon, tether, scythe, skull, boneyard, etc. It is very possible; unless your bar is those exact skills, that you can still use Necro skills in town.

I guess if you're a vampire necro using Scion, Blood Frenzy, Drain, and/or Mist along with the above skills, then you might be stuck light attacking.
