When i use Balance to lower my health Igenous Shield only gives 4,2k shield (scales of Max Health - max HP = 40k) while when im at full heath it gives 8,5k Shield, I tried to use balance on front and back bar but the same error occurs.
I also tested it in vDSR last night to see if the error still persist in combat and it does the same which gave me a close to death feeling a few times

Also if i get a 8,5k shield when at full health and drain health and shield again it gives me a a 4,2k instead of the 8,5k this is pretty big difference in a fight..

Plz fix it.!
