@Casdha, no, it does not.
For a whole time i got 3 clues (from Victory rewards coffers) and i play Unranked every day like 10-15 games a day, plus i play NPCs because of daily.
Two different clues dropped in rewards opening session one after another with less than 20 seconds interval.
If you mean the repeating drops of the one and the same clue - i don't know as i have not experienced that yet.

I also did 3 screenshots of my clues, but i forgot to enable MapCoodrinates addon, so without exact GPS i can not provide better info, than you or Alcast.

I got some doubles when I didn't use clues immediately, but after collecting all the clues an using them, no more clues have been dropping from reward boxes.

necro time: If Alcast's so great, how come some of his screencaps are in the middle of the night where it's hard to see? How come he doesn't mention "This clue is inside a public dungeon."
