I see no US server

As my post said i see no US server only NA (north america) or EU (Europe)
Yes i know US is in NA but seems to me people keep thinking that it is a US server
and yes i know the NA server is in the US (so is EU for a bit)but its not called the "US Server" last time i checked there are more country's in NA then just US like Canada and Mexico and a few others.
So to the point of this why do people call it the US server?

Sarenia✭✭✭✭✭I haven't heard anybody call the NA server the US server.
And if you do see it, it's probably because the amount of Mexican or Canadian players is quite slim compared to the number of US players. One doesn't even need statistics to feel confident in that statement.
