Endeavors - "Complete 7 Dungeons" mislabeled

On the map key the following are under the Dungeons heading. Delve, Group Instance, and Public Dungeon.
Completing a delve doesn't get you a credit even if you've never completed it before, neither does a public dungeon.
If you meant "Complete 7 Public Dungeons" make that the endeavor's title.

✭✭If you hover your cursor over the Endeavor entry, it says "Complete group dungeons throughout Tamriel to complete this endeavor." It does in fact refer to them.

✭✭Shouldn't have to hover over to find what should be in the title.
The thing is, tooltips are pretty common all over the internet and ESO is no exception to the rule here. Much of the UI is loaded with these tooltips as many parts of it are meant to be "at a glance", that way the player isn't scrolling or reading text that may not be necessary to them. You're more than welcome to take it up with ZoS, but I wouldn't expect anything out of it.Edited by Sephyr on June 29, 2021 3:36AM2 -

✭✭✭✭✭I agree that adding six characters (group#) to the main screen should have seemed easy and obvious but I expect any organization could leave such a thing out. Hopefully they see this thread and make the simple correction for the future.3 -

✭✭Yes you can get more info by hovering, but the simple fact is many people find particular Endeavors to be confusingly named to begin with.
Not all players are strong native English speakers, and ESO has a variety of confusing terms in it.
The word 'dungeon' is a prime example. There's different kinds of 'dungeons' in the game.
If you don't realize that 'group dungeon' is a specific category of dungeon in ESO, it's unclear whether the game is telling you to do a dungeon in a group. Which it isn't, you can solo a 'group dungeon' and that should count.
Hopefully they take another pass at a few of these Endeavors to enhance clarity.Edited by Fennwitty on July 1, 2021 4:15PMPC NA1 -
