As subject says...anyone know or tested if Bound Armaments morph from bound armor works with Overload? Bound Armaments adds armor and also 8% dmg to heavy attack damage. So does the 8% get applied to heavy attacks while Overload is active? For example Power Overload IV = 15% damage increase with Bound Armaments would that become 23% when using heavy attack lightning?
