Frigid Sapphire lead "disappeared" all together.

Hi, so as the title says, I had the "Frigid Sapphire" lead for scrying, and now it is gone. Now before you jump to the conclusion that I simply failed to uncover it in time:
I farmed 4 of the 5 leads for the coil on the same day. I have had terrible RNG on the mages guild daily lead for the Meteoric Beads, but I had the other 4 literally all obtained on the same day. So today I decided to go ahead and scry those 4 other leads (all had plenty of time left), except now I only had 3 of the 5. The "Frigid Sapphire" was missing. What is more, not only is it missing, but now it's back to being a "?" on the inventory screen whereas before it had been "revealed" just not "obtained."
Not the end of the world, I can re-farm that boss, but I've never seen a lead "vanish" before unless the time ran out, but even then, it stays "known" in my lore book, just not "obtained."
