Shalks don't hit taleria

Making a new discussion since the last I made on this topic has yet to be addressed.
Warden shalks do not hit taleria consistently (if at all).
I get why it isn't a bigger issue atm, with wardens being worked on to become competitive damage dealers again, it's still an issue that has yet to be addressed but really needs to be.
I would like to be able to use my staple warden skill on this boss please.
