Also, is there an in-game way to start this prologue quest? Like, you go and actually find Jakarn for the High Isle prologue because he's in a set location (or at least, a faction-specific location) and will hail you as you pass? Or, like Rogatus and Rogatina Cinna are each able to bring you the letters from Lyranth that set off the Blackwood and Deadlands prologues?
(Or, dare one say it, the dreaded Stuga who will track you down *anywhere* to foist Orsinium on you?)

Apparently from the starter zones (stonefalls etc) Davon Watch I assume
The announcements screen that appears right after you log in with a char on a server already displays this as other several pertinent info.SilverBride wrote: »Please give a notification in game when a new Prologue quest is available. (...)

Do you skip/close the announcements screen without sliding its panels?
Not sure how it works on consoles, but they do highlight the prolough as being available on my PC launcher:

I didn't know there were other panels to slide to.

You have to go to the Crown Store, look for Quest Starters, then the sub category for Prologue quests. But there has to be a reason to go looking for this quest in the first place... like a notification that a new Prologue quest is available... in game where most players will notice it.
I don't think it's unreasonable to just make a quick notification when logging in, like they already do for Events, etc.
