anyways my problem is simply yet customer support seems to either not want to respond or responce with the same exact answer.
so my problem: my class spells simply do not rank up or gain any exp (yes i am *** using them i been using same 6 spells since lvl 6 and below and i am currently lvl 15) everything else levels up. my character main level, the core leveling of the class skill, eg:deadra summoning, two handed sword etc. what isn't happening is no matter how much i use a spell it simple will not rank up, and because of this i ended up with like 15 skill points i couldn't really use because i havn't been able to morphe a single one of them...

anyways when i tryed getting help from eso they basiclly said the same thing over and over , spells and skill level up by usage have them equiped and in active skill bar blah blah blah..... look fracking support team i'm not a god dam idiot i know spells rank up more you use them what i am saying is NO MATTER HOW MUCH I USE THEM THEY WONT RANK UP! -attaching screen to this so u can see what i mean
it's of my char at lvl 12 and skill points r gone because i used them on passive abiltys just so i could keep playing the dam game.
