High Isle on sale for CE upgrade only?

On PlayStation the CE upgrade is on sale for 50% off. But the regular upgrade is full price. I already have all chapters on my alts, I don’t need CE again. Is this intentional?

Lydawobbles✭✭✭✭PlayStations store refreshes on Wednesday, so it’s possible. I just thought it odd for the CE version to be the only one on sale0

a CE upgrade doesn't come with previous chapters, it comes with a pet, a mount, momento, emotes, and outfit style, the one that comes with the previous chapters is called The Elder Scrolls Online Collection
Something is definitely amiss tho, I checked the store on xbox and it's showing:
High Isle CE Upgrade as 50% off- High Isle regular upgrade 10% off
Online Collection: High Isle CE as 50% off- Online Collection: High Isle 20% off

✭I think someone goofed, and it should be fixed by tomorrow when the event happens, if not sooner, why would anyone buy the non CE versions if they cost quite a bit more?

(none of the PC versions were on sale when this thread started.)

✭✭✭✭✭I guess console players are second class citizens. Oh well, I'll just tell my cousin who was going to buy High Isle not to buy it. He just bought Blackwood and was planning on buying High Isle anyway since it's 50% off. He was also planning to buy a bunch of crowns. He was just waiting for the sale. Yeah. I agree. It's not the money, it's the principle. If they are going to treat console players this way, I cannot recommend the game to family. It's that simple. Too bad for them too, he's the kind of player that plays pretty casually so spends money to just not bother with stuff. He's not a whale but they tend to get more money from players like him than the ones that want to grind things out. Lydawobbles✭✭✭✭It’s a good game. I love the quests, the zones, I love the lore, the writing, Bill Slavicsec and team are my heroes. And even if someone just got the base game, it’s totally worth the price.
I just wish there was a little more reward for people like me who play across several accounts. I spend way too much money on this game, but most of the time it’s worth it 😂
