Bug with leveling morphed skills on an alt

I have a main that is VR7, then a few alts I use from time to time. I started to notice a bug once I morphed skills on my alts. Leveling the skills to rank 4 to be morphed is the same, fast and easy. And the morph itself is the same, but then....
- Once an ability is morphed, it takes approximately 15 levels to increase it to rank 2.
- I morphed Grand Healing at level 14 and now I'm level 17 with the progress to rank 2 at about 20%.
- Another skill would be the morph to Solar Flare. Morphed it at level 15, and now at lvl 17 it is only about 10%-15% of the way to rank 2 morph.
The morphed skills are advancing just as slow as they would on my main VR7. I know for a fact that these low level morphs did not take this long when I started using my main when the game launched. It also did not happen in betas.
Is anyone else getting this, and is there a way to make the rate of xp for morphed skills return to normal?

They do naturally level slower after choosing a morph.
But going from morph rank 1 to morph rank 2 has taken over 6 levels now (12 to 18), and it's only at 40% currently. I don't think it's supposed to be that extreme. I could level a morph faster on my VR7Edited by Fat_Cat45 on May 3, 2014 5:45AM0 -
Tetujin✭✭✭Mine have been going pretty slowly, just like that after morphing, it's hard to say exactly but the levels you are giving vs progess seem pretty close to what I remember for those.
If it really is different, then maybe they have changed it since you first went through, or maybe you were playing under different conditions. I tend to be overlevelled for a zone for example. Is it possible that you just weren't really paying attention at these level ranges the first time through.
Could put a bug report in I guess if you are really sure about it.0
