ESO and game pass ultimate
The base game is downloaded and installed, but I want to play High Isle. Do I need to buy the whole game, or can I purchase the High Isle Collectors edition upgrade? The upgrade is £44.99, and the full version is £79.99. Which do I need considering that I have the base game via Xbox game pass ultimate?
