Shipwreck Shoals Achievement Not Completing / Boss Not Respawning

I have run into another dungeon where the Achievement will not complete. This one is Shipwreck Shoals. Also, the boss refused to respawn for me. I waited about 20 minutes just in case, with no respawn.

Same here, killed the boss twice and still didn't complete the delve nor got the achievement.

Had the same problem in The Firepot too, killed the boss, didn't get the achievement, and the boss didn't respawn even after a long time waiting.

I am having the same issue with the boss not respawning. I went into an instance and there were several people waiting for it to spawn to no avail.

I'm having this same issue. Has there been any workarounds found? I messaged support and they said they don't help with achievements. I've already killed the boss (twice), gotten the skyshards and done the quests already.

I left the delve, purchased the inn room for future fast travel for dailies like this, came back a few minutes later and got credit.

Someone in another post mentioned exiting out a different door, but there are three doors leading into that area.

Respawn time was maybe 30 minutes each time. Second time I showed up others had just killed the boss before I got a shot in. I get the impression that she respawns only when someone else enters the inner area.

been sat in the delve 45mins boss hasnt respawned once XBOX EU something is really bugged with these delves, rezoned ran back in no boss.
same with fire pot delve also

I've killed this boss twice now and it's still showing incomplete.
I was waiting around for ages for her to respawn the 2nd time I went there, and her corpse wasn't anywhere to be seen so it wasn't like she was recently killed.

Delve icon still black (incomplete), addon boss location icon still black (incomplete), and achievement still unearned.

post-update 2.34 for PS4 and Shipwreck Shoals still does not complete.

I initially wasn't able to get this completed, and waited around for a while and he never respawned.

So the next time I went back in the delve, I did two things: Despawned my companion and slotted an execute.

Once I got the boss to half health, I just spammed execute, and got the completion.

I think, it is only registering the kill on the boss for the achievement if you land the killing blow. So another player or even your companion can steal that away from you.

So I got the achievement but it still does not complete like normal. Not able to talk to quest giver (Titus Stolo) after returning to him and still cannot pick up the 5th document in the delve. Just gives the achievement while inside the delve even though not all documents are collected. This is not much of a fix.

And the quest is still in my quest journal. Once I abandon the quest the quest giver wants to give it to me again. No thanks!

Still not fixed, took 3 goes at killing the boss on three separate occasions to get the achievement. In the end, disabling the companion seems to have been what got it over the line..

Third time finally worked for me. I despawned Ember and my bear and very slowly killed her using light attacks on the chance that it wasn't registering because she died too fast.
