So what? According to that link, they refund your money anyway...so how is Zenimax making any money? You can just use your refunded money to go buy the game again.I still have to go with my conspiracy theory as to the companies (Zenimax in this case) controls all bots, and forces players to get banned by spending money on gold, only in order to get back into the game have to buy the game again (Which some players do), and resub.
Well, being the guy that asked the question that Matt responded to on Reddit...
..I have no idea *why* my account was refunded..or why I was unsubbed..or why my account was deleted or why I was thrown out of the game, because Zenimax has not taken the time to communicate ANY details to me despite a rep telling me 2.5 days ago that I'd be contacted "within 24 hours" and Matt Frior's personal promise 29 hours ago to expedite my situation after admitting that yes, innocent player's accounts are getting fried as collateral damage in their "auto ban" system botting battle, apologizing to me and saying that this is a 'terrible' situation.

Who makes this stolen credit card crap up? Do you really think those people would still be working when they have unlimited credit card budget? Because I would be enjoying the sun in Hawaii.
So true - I was the victim of identity theft a few years ago, thieves got $15k from my bank account and even with a clear way to nail the culprits, the police, bank and vendor involved declined to pursue.
Rage. Goddess, sing the rage of Peleus' son Achilles,
murderous, doomed, that cost the Achaeans countless losses,
hurling down to the House of Death so many sturdy souls…

P.S. - This was explained elsewhere in the forums if you care to look it up.
