Ghastly Eyebowl Still Bugged

This has been reported before, and I was hoping it would get fixed during the food/drink rebalance with Elsweyr. Still seems to be an issue. A picture can probably demonstrate the problem better than a paragraph:

This also applies to a few other less-commonly used foods (crunchy spider skewer, bowl of peeled eyeballs, crisp and crunchy pumpkin snack skewer), but these have alternatives with the correct stats so it is lower priority. Please fix this.

It's not only ghastly eyebowl, it's several other foods as well. I created several detailed reports about that on PTS, they fixed meta food, but ignored non-meta food. Basically, everything in this game which is not used by youtubers is totally ignored by ZOS from terms of balance and bugs - item sets, food, abilities.

Food which is in-line with each other, blue, special:
Lava Foot Soup, blue,special -> nerfed to 4936 stamina/493 stam recovery
Jagga Drenched Mug Ball -> 4936 stamina/magicka
Orzorga's Blood Price Pie -> 5395 health/539 health recovery
Orzorga's Red Frothgar -> 5395 health/493 magicka recovery
Orzorga's Tripe Trifle Pocket -> 5395 health/493 stamina recovery
Betnikh Twice-Spiked Ale -> 539 health recovery/493 magicka recovery

As we can see, it is consistent with blue, regular food on PTS (and live):
Rabbits with Vegetables, blue, regular -> 4936 stamina/5395 health
Cloudrest Clarified Coffee -> 493 magicka/493 stamina recovery

And there is a lot of other special blue food which is weaker for unknown reason:
Ghastly Eye Bowl, blue,special,drink -> 4592 magicka/459 magicka recovery
Jester's Candied coins, blue,special -> 4592 stamina/459 magicka recovery
Crunchy Spider Skeever, blue,special -> 4592 magicka/459 stamina recovery
Frosted Brains -> 4592 magicka/505 health recovery
Crisp and Crunchy Pumpkin -> 4592 magicka/4592 stamina

Epic food, special is weaker for unknown reason:
Senche Tiger Single Malt, epic, regular -> 446 health recovery, 410 stam+magicka recovery
Witchmother's party punch, epic, special -> 392 health recovery, 357 stam+magicka recovery
Longfin Pasty with Melon Sauce, epic, regular -> 4462 health, 4105 magicka/4105 stamina
Jewels of Misrule, epic, special -> 3927 health, 357 stam+magicka recovery

Actually, it's even weaker then that if you use lava/ghastly and then look at your characters stat sheet.

Actually, it's even weaker then that if you use lava/ghastly and then look at your characters stat sheet.

This is another bug, which I also reported on PTS

it applies to a lot of foods, but that is just wrong number in status, on character sheet bonus is correct.
