Is there one?
If so, what is it?
If not, maybe they should make one?
Huh?

This only exists for werewolves iirc- shapeshifters coil, and a drop set from one of the base game zones.

Would you like to see nightblades getting discounted incap strikes?

Personally I’d see it becoming an issue for PVP and snowballing from there with nerfs incoming :p

There are some special buffs or sets in PvE (PP etc) to help you get ult faster. It makes sense in PvE, cuz you need a team, and corresponding effort (usually paired with Pearls of Ehlnofey) to get the appropriate reward. But a myth that directly reduces ult? I think it's hard not to ruin the experience of PVP players. If the myth exists, it must be severely restricted so that it is not abused.

Perhaps this brings us back to our old argument that it is difficult to balance both PvE and PVP on a single gear.

Two, actually, Potentates being Cyrodiilicly pvp sourced. both 15% reductions. Sorcs also get a passive that reduces ult cost an additional 15% ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So an imperial sorc wearing potentates, akaviri dragonguard would have minus 6%+15%+15%+15% ultimate cost reduction?
    -6% imperial passive
    -15% sorc passive
    -15% potentates
    -15% akaviri
    Right?

    Right?

sorc passive works on any ability that consumes magicka, health, or stamina iirc

for vampires their feed level influences ult cost so that's a thing for easier transformations at higher feed level (more costly for other ults though)

I believe the werewolf necklace mythic also works for both vampire and werewolf ult transformations, but it is more beneficial overall for werewolves.

to op there's a lot of ways to get ult, lower cost isn't always more beneficial, it all depends on the build.
    ex.
every time a nightblade drinks a potion they get 20 ult
nords get ult from being hit
