All that really needs to be done is for the order of the eye thing to be moved to a different table



There was a few of us trying to figure out where the heck the item was, i eventually discovered that you can be far away out of range of activating the dispatch letter but just close enough to pick up the hit list item (King Farangel's Unpublished Ode to Wayrest) located in the Mage's guild in Wayrest.

I was having issues with this item last week on a different character and eventually gave up on that character, i had figured i needed to get to upper levels or the roof which isn't the case at all, I suspect there are others who have done the same as this impairs progression and is frustrating. Had there not been other people trying to locate the item in that exact spot i wouldn't have been able to tell them where it was and how get it, or see it for myself.
