Vampire skill Perfect Scion.

I think this skill should be changed to a toggle ability just like how people can stay in werewolf form for a long time with an obvious downside being that when you enter this form you can't talk to any NPC aside from what you summon and you will have a hard time entering any zone that can put a bounty on you.

basically this makes it exactly like the vampire lord form as seen in elder scrolls V skyrim except you don't have wings and you don't hover.

one more thing to balance this. add a 30min maybe an hour cooldown before you can enter this form again.

I just find it very unfair that people have waited to get this ability to turn into a sorta vampire lord form but it lasts only 20 secs.

Just make vamps, wwolfs and necros kill on sight in any town. They know what they are, monsters, just filthy monsters.

Perfect Scion should've followed the pattern that Bat Swarm did and had it get an ability within the ability. Like Clouding Swarm after casting it had a high powered free spammable teleport ability whenever you hit the button again, but Perfect Scion just costs a little less (which doesn't work very well on an ultimate as expensive as it is) and removes the stage weaknesses. Doesn't even remove the fighter's guild ability weakness as getting slammed with a Dawnbreaker would hurt just as hard as it would in Swarming Scion form.

Feel like Perfect Scion only exists for people wanting to run around in Bastion Sanguinaris and not have to hear bats all the time. Not even sure why they'd use it since you can't use emotes in Scion form anyways so it's pretty much a lost cause for RPing. Only way it can compete with Swarming Scion is if it lasted 30 seconds, costed way less, or had something defensive focused that's worthwhile.

Sure all the passives are active in Perfect Scion even if you transformed at stage 1, but 20 seconds isn't very long when you factor in the stage 4 passive takes 3 seconds of constant sprinting to turn on, you lose about 2 seconds of the 20 seconds actively transforming, and that leaves you with about 15 seconds of active invisibility sprint which you'll lose when the form ends because it stuns you leaving it as well as going into it.

And honestly... if you're running either morph of Blood Scion you're not going to be stages 1-2 because you'll be probably at stages 3-4 for the lower cost and Undeath passive being up already. Swarming Scion also has extra damage, and thus extra healing, compared to Perfect Scion making the form just... not worthwhile.

I don't want vampire to play like werewolf, but Perfect Scion definitely needs a buff or total redo on what it does.

All you had to do was say "Sucks."

Regardless of which morph you choose, and depending on latency, It's an ultimate where you take 2 seconds to transform and 2 seconds to wind down the transformation. In PVP this is a devastating window of vulnerability, and in PVE this is time taken away from your rotation or blocking. It sucks.

Sure, it's a complete heal if you're about to die- I'll give it that, but freezing up your character while they are hitting things shouldn't be how this ability works. If you're in combat, it should persist so long as you are damaging something with a vampirism skill (blood for blood, drain, pool).

It should also last longer depending on your stage.

Perfect scion needs some serious love to be honest. Vampire is finally looking up a bit, they need to keep up fixing what they destroyed, and fix this and drain.
