Still constant UI errors after every travel...

Anyone with gamepad is still getting persistent UI errors. This stops us from using any button/key and only resort is to completely shut down game and restart. There is no way to close the UI error for me, even after waiting some time and pressing A or E 
This happens every single time i travel to a wayshrine or into a dungeon and has been happening since the new dlc.
