No event tickets and undaunted boxes today?

I just finished my first random normal dungeon of the day (after the daily reset at 6am UTC) but I didn't get any event tickets, nor any undaunted event rewards box. But in-game the event is still listed as going for several more hours. Anyone else having this issue?

PC NA no steam. Just completed my first pledge of the day and got no golden box or event tickets. My ticket counter stayed at 10/12 instead of advancing to 12/12. I know I completed the dungeon because I got credit for the pledge and my transmute crystal when I turned in to Maj. At turn in, there remained over 2 hours before the event ends. You get the tickets and reward box on looting the final boss, not from completing the dungeon. Are you sure you looted the final boss ?2 -

✭I logged in PC/NA official launcher at 8:15am EST, grabbed pledges and entered nFG1 solo at 8:17am, completed it at 8:20am and got tickets and gold box. You guys had me scared because I even set an alarm to remind myself to get on this morning lol. Sorry you didn't get your goodies for whatever reason...1 -

That is an insightful and reasonable consideration. I was aware that looting the final boss was the trigger and I'm pretty sure I did loot the boss but, like many of us, I do that from 'muscle memory' / habit - meaning recollection of it does not register. Wish I had specifically checked before I left the dungeon since I did check to see if I got my tix, golden box and a 'return to Maj' for the pledge. ✭For those that didn't get the tickets. Did you happen to complete the dungeon on a character that had not accepted and completed the initial "talk to person" quest for the event? Because I heard from others that not doing so may prevent that character from getting the tickets. Just a thought.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Just a follow up. I did submit a ticket and ZoS promptly responded. They then took a couple days to review my character's actions in the dungeon. They could see that I did indeed kill the final boss but, in fact, did not loot anything from the boss' corpse (doh!). Regardless, they gave a me gold coffer box. Though this was my fault, it was very kind of support to confirm what happened, then give me a gold box anyway. This is the third time since 2016 I have asked ZoS for help with various in game problems and each time the response and support has been very impressive. Kudos to ZoS support.
