Title only displaying on character that earnt it / not account wide

Normally my titles are account wide, but I recently got the Dro-m'Athra Destroyer title/achievement on my tank, and now only my tank can equip the title, it's not showing up at all to equip for any other character.

    When you first get a title it's right at the bottom of the title list. After logging out/ switching characters it'll be back to where it should be. Now, DMD is from Thieves Guild so it'll be much farther up your title list than you might expect. Have you checked all your available titles?

    Well he likely would have logged out to swap to other toon that its not working on I would assume!
