Can't pick up repeatable assassination quests for Elam Drals in Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary

I am unable to pick up new missions for Elam Drals in the Dark Brotherhood. This occurred just before I did Green-Venom-Tongue's quest to confirm the identity of the Black Dragon. Thought maybe if I completed that quest I could pick up the repeatable again, but I still can't. Confirmed that I have no active DB quests in my quest log. Either I have a quest open which isn't showing in my log or it's just not letting me run the quests. I can do the daily Dark Sacrament no problem. On PC/NA.

✭Can you also check that there isn't a "Gold Coast" section containing an existing Dark Brotherhood contract, just in case it's under that rather than "Guilds"?0
