✭Wouldn't surprise me, but as far as I know we don't have any hard data.

✭✭✭✭✭Below is a link to the published odds. There would be a legal issue if they reduced the chance to get the rarer items that require a 5th card but did not update their published odds. It would be in the realm of false advertising, possibly a violation of the Lanham Act but certainly a violation of some federal and many state laws. So I doubt they have changed it and kept the same odds.
