"Hexos" as a surname for my character. Possible?

I remember there was a lot of discussion around some names being forbidden because "too close to in-game NPCs", some people's accounts were suspended, even. I was wondering if I can use the surname "Hexos" for my Imperial due to roleplaying reasons, without repercussions. Granted, my imperial will have a unique first name, not present in the game.

✭✭✭✭✭Should be fine. According to ZOS themselves so can't you name a character exactly like a lore character. Like Abnur Tharn is not okay, but Marcellus Tharn is.

✭✭you have nothing to worry about unless they take issue with you having the name of a character not yet conceptualized or who appears in a future content update, in which case they may make an exception.1 -

I have used the last name Redoran, Hlaalu and Dres on some characters and seemed to have no issue.Characters:
