For those not getting RftW: did the character do their training in Cyrodiil? I think that is required.

On my main I picked the 40k AP in Cyro on a char that is already lvl21 AvA and did indeed do the training many moons ago. No RftW either.

I find it positively scandalous that the Tel'Var from the Daily Reward does not count as "earning Tel'Var stones through kills and rewards".

I was waiting for a post on this at some point. It really feels we were bamboozled by this. I'm kinda curious if it is actually unintentional/bugged? I realize it may as well have been an extra 200+ SoEs, but really....it's a reward.
