Isn't it the time of year for the double telvar event? whats going on at zeni HQ I want imp city to be lively!

    They usually have it same time its 2x ap in cyro for some odd reason... unless I'm wrong.

    I think you are correct. Otherwise, IC would be pretty empty as there is not much AP in IC.

    This is incorrect. It is a separate event.
