Fossilize is Bugged and Cannot Cast on target again!

I hope the devs fix this reoccurring bug again. The fossilize and leap bug of not being able to cast onto target keeps returning every few patches it seems.

    This is why i dont play my dk anymore stupid bug its been already more than a year and they cant even fix this. They dont care about this. They only care for the brand new jabs and flurry animation.

    I thought fossilize could not be cast on CC immune targets and that it was working as intended 😂. So it's a bug?

    It can't but is that why it can never be cast on anyone ever? Lol I don't think I've ever once casted this in PvP, but I don't 1v1 either.
